Hospitality is the hardest business to run. Thin margins, impossible logistics, and constant pressure behind every good restaurant and hotel. We’re rebuilding the operating system for it, and we need an engineer who ships fast and cares about what it looks like when it lands.
What you will do
- Build and own complex product interfaces: scheduling calendars, dashboards, onboarding wizards, drag-and-drop workflows, role-based views.
- Ship production features across Next.js (web) and React Native (mobile) in a multi-tenant, multi-org codebase.
- Work across the full frontend surface: server components, client data layer, real-time updates, permissions, responsive layouts.
- Have strong input on the component library and design system as we scale. You won’t be the designer, but your taste shapes what users see.
- Occasionally spin up a landing page or campaign when we need one. Not your main gig, but you can handle it.
Stack
You will thrive here if
- You’ve shipped real products in React and TypeScript. Not tutorials, production code with users.
- You write clean, fast UI and care about the details: loading states, empty states, the animation that feels right.
- You’re fluent enough in Figma to sketch variants, push back on mocks, or move without waiting for a designer.
- You’d rather ship and iterate than polish in private.
- React Native experience is a real plus. You’ll be working on the mobile app too.
- You can explain your thinking without a slide deck.
Bonus points
- GitHub, deployed side projects, anything we can poke at in a browser.
- Experience building component libraries or design systems that other engineers actually used.
- A feel for motion. Framer Motion, Reanimated, or similar.
What we offer
- Total ownership. First frontend hire. You co-own the product with the founders.
- Work directly with the founders. No layers, no committees.
- Real users and real industry. HoReCa is messy and tangible. You’ll see your work running in actual restaurants.
- Modern stack, no legacy. Latest everything, nothing inherited. You build it right the first time.
- Hybrid in Vilnius. Office days and home days, whatever shape fits the work.
Perks
The AI toolbelt
We don't gatekeep the tools that make you faster. Top tier of every AI on the market, no approval hell. If a better one ships next week, we add it.
Tech & tools
The gear you'd buy yourself
Whatever you need to do the work well, on your desk day one. No budget theatre, no asking around, no forms. Replaced before it starts getting in the way.
Health
Real health coverage
Private insurance in the tier that actually covers things. Not the cheapest we could get away with.
Growth
A budget for getting better
We're not at flying-you-to-conferences scale yet, and we'll say so. But anything that makes you a better engineer gets a yes, not a form.
Rest
Real time off
Well above the Lithuanian minimum. We trust you to take what you need, when you need it. Burnout is a planning failure, not a virtue.
Flexibility
Your day is yours
Flexible hours within the hybrid frame. Sick days are sick days, no apologies. We trust you to manage your own time.
The stage we are at
We are small, product-first, and just starting to scale. You will help set the tone for everything that comes next.
You do not need to know every piece from day one. Bring curiosity and good judgment, and you will grow into the rest.
One honest thing
This codebase is not perfect yet. Tests are thin and there are corners to clean up. We are building toward quality, not inheriting it. If you want to create and iterate instead of maintain, you will fit right in.
