Brand Designer

Own the Backoffice brand end to end: identity, sales materials, website, ads. First design hire, top of the Vilnius market, working directly with the founders.

Design Vilnius · Hybrid Full-time

One designer, every surface a customer sees before they pay: the brand, the sales deck, the website, the ads. Most designers wait a decade for that kind of ownership. We wrote it into the job description and priced it at the top of the Vilnius market.

Backoffice is the operating system for hospitality: one product replacing the five disconnected systems a restaurant runs on today. Two Michelin-starred restaurants pay for it, mostly through word of mouth. The product keeps winning rooms the brand hasn’t caught up to yet. Closing that gap is the job.

The role is brand-side senior generalist. We bring direction, you own the craft, and you’re expected to push back when you see a better answer.

What you will own

  • The brand system. A wordmark and a monogram exist. You build the rest: color, type, illustration and photo style, icons, reusable templates.
  • Sales materials. The pitch deck, leave-behind one-pagers, proposal and pricing templates, case studies. Revenue runs through these: your first 30 days, together with the brand system.
  • Website and landers. Marketing site and campaign pages, designed in Figma, built by engineers and AI tooling from your files.
  • Ads and social. Facebook-first creative for Lithuanian hospitality owners, plus organic templates that hold up without you.
  • Product marketing. Screenshots in context, feature explainers, how-it-works visuals for hospitality operators.
  • The physical layer. Email templates, business cards, walk-in materials for sales, event pieces when needed.

What this role is not

  • Product UX. The app’s internal screens stay with the founder and engineering for now. Do this well and in-app art direction grows into your remit.
  • Pixel-pushing. You get business goals, not redlines. “Sales needs something to leave behind after a walk-in” is a complete brief here.

You will thrive here if

  • You have 4+ years of design work behind you, ideally at agency pace: an identity, a deck, and a campaign in the same month doesn’t rattle you.
  • Your portfolio shows at least three of these four: an identity system, a pitch deck or sales materials, campaign or social work, a marketing website.
  • Your Figma files have components and auto-layout throughout. Non-negotiable: engineers and AI tooling build from them directly.
  • You work in Lithuanian and English. Materials ship in both.
  • You say “I don’t know yet” instead of faking it, and your feedback is direct without being sharp.

Bonus points

  • B2B or SaaS work. You already know a pricing sheet is design too.
  • Motion sensibility: smart prototypes or simple After Effects. Heavier motion stays freelance for now.
  • Webflow, Framer, or enough HTML sense to talk to engineers in their language.

What we offer

  • €3,500–4,800 gross/month. Deliberately top of the Vilnius market for this craft: team-lead money for an IC role, reviewed regularly as we grow.
  • Cash, not promises. No equity, and we’re upfront about it. Top-spec gear, private health insurance, a learning budget, and generous PTO from day one.
  • Total ownership. First designer. Every surface a customer touches carries your decisions.
  • A direct line to both founders. No layers, no committees, decisions in hours.

How we work

  • Hybrid in Vilnius, 2 to 3 days a week together. We’re not hiring remote-only for now.
  • Founders keep founder hours. You’re not expected to. Do the work well, don’t burn out.
  • Async in writing, live for hard problems. You own your surface end to end.
